The DeKalb County Government 311 Citizen Help Center strives to provide superior customer service to the citizens of DeKalb County by:

• Assuring 911 resources are dedicated to public safety emergencies and providing more efficient and effective response to police, fire or medical emergencies;
• Streamlining the customer-inquiry and –service processes, thereby improving response time and increasing service resolution efficiency; and,
• Providing well-trained personnel to assist with County-related information and non-emergency Service Requests.
