Public Safety is important to every member of our community. During times of emergency we expect quick, effective and professional response. It is important that we make available the infrastructure necessary to support our fire fighters, police offices and court systems so they are able to provide the high level of service that our citizens need and expect.

When I became Chief Executive Officer it was apparent that the growth of our county was outpacing the growth of our public safety and judicial systems. We needed to modernize our facilities and proactively prepare for our future.

The Public Safety and Judicial Facilities Authority and the Building Authority were created as vehicles to build the facilities needed to keep pace with growing requirements for service. This web site includes some of the excellent progress we are making towards improving public safety and our judicial systems for everyone in our great community.
