The DeKalb County Department of Information Technology Operations Division is tasked to provide day to day IT support for the 7000 employees of DeKalb County Government.  Our goal is to provide world class technical services and solutions to our customers.  We accomplish this by sectioning our division into six functional areas: Mainframe Operations, Microsystems, Technical Support, Infrastructure/ Network and Programs and e-Commerce solutions.  Each section is led and staffed by members who not only have a passion for technology but a passion for customer service.  "In the Operations Division we never forget that people are at the epicenter of all we do".
